Quilting for a cause...
So when I started the auction (init2endit) I knew that I wanted to donate something that combined my love for creating, my love for color, my love for patterns, and of course my love for baby things. So, what better than quilts. Hello?! I LOVE FABRIC. This is one of the quilts that I made for the auction. Lucky for me, and for the future bidders out there, this quilt was actually quilted on a nice, professional quilting machine and not by me. Thank you tons to Victoria Simpson from my sisters ward for donating her time to quilt these babies for me. She even used a design for the stitching that is cohesive with the over all look and feel of the quilts! AMAZING!!
Update* This auction was held last March and April to raise funds for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. We were pleased and proud that we raised over $1500. Thanks!
