Winnings...

So I forgot to mention in my last post that I took 3rd place in the True Love Tutorial Contest over at SewMamaSew! I won a $25 credit to the shop and these are the fabrics I ordered. I am in LOVE with that ant maze fabric. I also bought a whole yard of that grey toadstool fabric to back my Into the Woods baby girl quilt (if I ever start it). It's not from Aneela's fabric line, it's actually designed by Natalie Lymer of Cinderberry Stitches for Lecien Fabrics. But it was on sale and I couldn't resist. The other fabrics are from the Backyard Baby line by Patty Sloniger for Michael Miller Fabrics. I can't wait to make a super duper cute baby boy quilt from those!!

In other news, I joined 3 swaps recently, no more challenges for me! It's all about the swaps! One is round 4 of the Pretty {little} Pouches Swap, one is the Denyse Schmidt Fabric Doll Quilt Swap, and the last is the Fab Little Quilt Swap. Love. I also signed up for the Swooning On a Hop Along for their On a Whim and Hopscotch QAL round (patterns by Camilly Roskelley of ThimbleBlossoms). I'll be posting my fabrics soon.
